This is an experienced project manager that has had experience with complex enterprise projects. 2. Using an established Agile process for the MRI, support the implementation of agile thinking, methodologies, processes, and paradigms. 3. Work closely with and support the MRI Enterprise Project Manager, Business Lead and Project Leadership. 4. Assist with the coordination of activities across multiple Divisions and systems. 5. Create documentation and other means of communicating measurement processes and methods for assessing progress toward goals and project outcomes. 6. Support the production of project status updates. 7. Collaborate with DHW to develop, implement and use a set of MRI Performance Metrics and Agile Methodology metrics. 8. Support the work of multiple MRI teams in all aspects of design, development, testing and implementation. 9. Facilitate and document project and Agile Methodology meetings/events/forums (such as Potential Shippable Increments, Sprint Reviews, Swarming, Continuous Improvement, etc.) as needed. Required Skills: 1. Experience as a project manager on large enterprise projects. 2. Experience with enterprise health and human service systems desirable. 3. Knowledge of and experience with Agile methods, including a. Scrum b. Continuous integration c. Test Driven Development d. Self-directed teams e. Test automation f. Retrospectives g.
