During this project the BSA will act as the liaison between the technical and business groups working closely with them to ensure a smooth process surrounding the project and business initiative. Qualified candidates will understand business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations. This is a 9 month project engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document requirements, maintain functional specifications and prepare documentation. - Work close together with the Configuration and development team contacts in creating the solution. - Create a testing plan, test scripts, execute testing and coordinates User Acceptance testing. - Train the users for the implemented enhancements and new functionalities. - Update and maintain all appropriate documentation in regard of a system enhancement. - Maintain collaborative working relationship with IT business partners and IT services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security). - Understand customers business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations. - Represent the organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. - Use diplomacy and tact to resolve difficult situations. - Consults with users, management and vendors to assess technology needs and system requirements. - Develops, implements, and modifies system requirements. - Makes recommendations for best practices that will best meet the customers and company requirements. - Oversees all stages of application development from gathering requirements and researching options, design and testing, to rollout and maintenance. - Works closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. - Responds to questions regarding the system and capabilities of the current technology systems in use. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience as SAP Business Analyst with configuration experience on condition types, price procedures, F&A price functionality, outline agreement and associated document flow - Demonstrated technical expertise in SAP ERP Systems including FI, MM, PP, QM, and SD - Strong experience in SD and MM - Experience as a leading member of a large enterprise SAP development team with assignments in all phases of the software lifecycle. - Proven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems. - Demonstration of experience creating testing plans, test scripts, execute testing and coordinate User Acceptance testing. - Strong skills in documentation. - Build quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
