This person will be doing automation and when changes are happening, they need to be able to easily identify when issues are introduced. Currently on .NET, one area is on the cloud and one on the windows side. They need to have experience with automation on both sides. Candidate Requirements · UI Automation experience and API Automation Experience · Performance Load testing experience in Automation · Developing, implementing, and sustaining test automation processes, practices, and controls in support of application and system requirement, development and test activities throughout the software development and sustainment lifecycles. Leads and consults on test automation strategy, requirement, design, implementation and execution. 4-6 years · Able to code in .Net technologies · Proficiency in Web test automation as well as windows service automation · Able to design and develop UI automation · Good understanding of Business Driven test cases · Experience in Retail Technology is a plus · 2+ years experience writing and executing test plans and leading test teams. · 1+ years experience leading defect triage and communicating test execution status · Proactive approach, willing to take the initiative and associated responsibility. · Experience planning and executing both manual, stepwise tests and exploratory tests from test scenarios without stepwise detail · Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and process analysis skills. · Ability to think outside the box and look at the big picture to determine solutions that fit within strategic directions to make things better. · Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders & comfort dealing with all levels within the organization. · Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). · Basic understanding of test automation · Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies. · Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. · Excellent analytical and prioritization skills · Experience with Confluence Tools, Jira Nice to have Skills: SQL querying, WPF framework, script programming, Marimba, Azure Service Portal Top 3 must-have hard skills · UI Automation experience and API Automation Experience · Performance Load testing experience in Automation · Developing, implementing, and sustaining test automation processes, practices, and controls in support of application and system requirement, development and test activities throughout the software development and sustainment lifecycles.
