Job Description Analyst: Business Analysis, SDLC, XML Data, Interface Testing

Requirements:

Must have strong Business Analysts skills with the ability to work all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle

Experienced with interfaces and XML data.

Must have eligibility experience in Welfare/Public Assistance programs.

·Welfare program knowledge is plus in areas such as Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, Foster Care

·Previous experience with State of California programs is preferred

·Must be able to elicit requirements and perform verification and validation of outcomes and be skilled in performing web assessment and validation to approve changes and/or document gaps.

·Must have the ability to effectively assess the ability of web products to meet requirements and/or provide documentation to support and rectify gaps

Must have experience with end to end interface testing

Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement business processes and procedures.

Ability to lead a team and to work within a team to determine project scope, planning needs and requirements for large and small projects.

Strong project management and planning skills.

Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Facilitation and requirements determination experience
