Job Description Analyst: Business Requirements, SDLC, System Analyst, Documentation Test Cases Problem Solving

Experis is looking for lead Systems Analyst with strong UseCase experience.

-Interview the business, gather business requirements, create use case and system requirement artifacts, participate in team walkthroughs of SDLC artifacts, and perform functions to ensure SDLC standards are met, including quality and timely system release solutions.
-May need to assist or train team members in development of artifacts.

The Systems Analyst will be required to thoroughly understand the Business Requirements documented in the BRS, to interview the Business to ensure common understanding, to analyze the system changes that will be required to meet the business need, to document the system changes required, to assist the developer in creating test cases in support of a quality deliverable:
-Good communication skills (both listening and speaking)
-Well organized documentation
-Problem solving and analysis skills
-Possess the skills needed to be a lead analyst and provide oversight on some work/projects
-Expert on SDLC artifacts
-Ability to provide feedback and knowledge transfer on SDLC best practices
