Perform project management activities in support of the overall test lead the include the following: 1. Support activities for defect management life cycle that include: promptly assigning defects, tracking defects, maintaining accurate and timely defect details in the defect tracking tool, escalating defects that require follow-up or that are at risk of not meeting defined SLAs for the severity rating, creating defect reports for daily distribution to stakeholders 2. Test status reporting: maintain accurate and timely status of test script execution, create the test status reports for daily distribution to stakeholders, escalate test scripts that are at risk of not being completed according to the agreed upon schedule 3. Minimal execution of test scripts to perform initial validations of applications prior to the business for UAT. 1. Project management experience 2. Strong Knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle, with a strong background in functional, system, integration and regression testing. 3. Preferred but not required: Experience testing Medicare Systems 4. Has to be a quick learner. 5. Possesses excellent communication skills, collaborates and works effectively within the team as well as across other teams as necessary. 6.
