Duties include the following: • Works with the Business to understand project, enhancement, or support requirements. Translates requirements into viable “Best Practices” solutions. • Follows the SDLC life cycle on all system changes. Documents functional requirements and detail design, modifies code as deemed necessary, tests application changes, and get appropriate business approvals. • Assist in troubleshooting TOLAS related issues identified by our Tier-2 Support team or by the Help Desk with minimal assistance.
