Study technology/methodology business problems and recommend solution oriented improvements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide day to day guidance and leadership for the Business Analysis processes in their assigned Product Team. • Work with Product Manager to help oversee theproduct roadmap and specific project tasks/assignments. • Consult and communicate with business unit management and product management to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements. • Define and document functional specifications for new or modified digital business systems, including process flows, data flows, domain models, data dictionaries, business logic, and mapping documents. • Complete report specification documents using information gained thru analysis of business functions, consult and coordinate with IS resources (internal and external). to assist in the design and development of automated business systems. • Document high level test scenarios, identifying conditions of satisfaction, and work with QA to review test cases and provide feedback. Work with QA leadership to provide input for test plans. Conduct high level integration testing and/or participate in smoke testing of new builds. Provide guidance and support to end users during User Acceptance testing. • Review training documentation as needed, providing input to technical writers and assist with training as required. • Accurately estimate time required to complete assigned analysis tasks • Understand the big picture view. • Help create schedules, milestones, dependencies and iteration plans for Features and Projects • Follow thru the project from inception to operations support • Demonstrate competitive analysis, solution options in a precise format • Assist Customer Support in troubleshooting various production issues • Effectively work with partners to ensure they follow Papa Johns Business requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal team members. • Constantly find ways for effective and efficient story writing and SDLC process improvements • Responsibilities for providing production support of applicationsReview bugs reported by QA, that are relative to assigned project deliverables, to determine validity before assigning to development for work • Other tasks as assigned based upon project needs FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Experience working in Agile methodologies • Experience writing traditional requirements documents, use cases and user stories • Experience creating wireframes and visual mock-ups • Experience Leading Business Analysis processes through the SDLC • Experience reviewing test plans and test cases for requirements coverage • Experience creating requirements for web and other digital applications • Experience with onsite & offshore teams is a plus • Experience with point of sale systems is a plus • Logic and system analysis skills • Project management skills • Writing skills • Verbal communication skills EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS • Bachelors degree required • Five (5) years experience required   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
