Complete Description: Responsibilities: * Serve as Project Manager and utilize tools like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio. Establish and manage project timelines. * Communicate Divisions IT perspective to vendors of CNPEARS and COMPASS systems. Review and trace system design documentation. * Work with technology contractor and content experts in the Division to identify system requirements and design, specifically for CN PEARS and COMPASS. May be asked to attend system requirement and design sessions on behalf of PDE. * Review system design documents, in consultation with content experts, to insure documents capture all aspects discussed in design sessions. * Review work estimates submitted by vendors, raise questions to vendors as necessary to understand the rationale behind the estimates and report to PDE management on any concerns. * Review reports from contractor to ensure charges match deliverables. * Track changes/updates to the existing CNPEARS and COMPASS systems and maintain change request log to ensure they are properly resolved. * Assist Division staff with identifying and testing scenarios. Lead testing of system design changes for Division staff. * Organize deployment of new technology features. * Follow through and communicate with staff at all stages of development and production. * Plan training and orientation and participate in delivery of training as applicable. * Assist in responding to IT related audit inquiries. Required Skills: * Strong PM with previous experience working as POC between client and integrator * Experience estimating Level Of Effort for technical tasks on projects * Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft Project * Experience writing advanced SQL queries * Microsoft Visio Desired Skills: * Microsoft Access * PMP Certification * Experience resolving audit issues   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
