S/he will also be responsible for suggesting improvements to current processes and facilitating/gathering requirements for new features and functionality. Primarily responsible for designing, developing and maintaining integrated solutions to support business & enterprise IT operations. Job Description: Advises and offers input on process to design, develop modify and adapts and system architecture, network systems for Humana Actively participate in discussions with various teams regarding implementation and design of solutions Ensure all technology solutions include appropriate controls that comply with HIPAA or relevant healthcare IT compliances Assess new technologies to enhance the development process and optimize application delivery Enforce and ensure functional architecture (use of standard templates, common designs, documentation structures, etc.) Performs data analytics of system outages / bugs, etc. from the Incident / Problem management tools Experience involved in all phases of the software development, maintenance and support lifecycle Experience through large enterprise systems and complex data requirements and having broad knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, processes and controls Strong organizational skills Review site statistics and produce dashboards, monthly usage reports and present them to the board and various groups to enable operational improvements based on obtained data.Work with various departments at executive and senior executive level staff to define and document requirements for new functionality as well as process improvements. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in documentation, training, and processes to ensure continuous improvement Facilitate weekly Change Management meetings.
