Required Skills: * Support a project team in the Information Technology industry demonstrating excellent oral and written communications skills. * Expertise with the following MS Office products: Word, Excel (including pivot tables, charts, graphs), and MS PowerPoint * Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with technical and non-technical groups to facilitate the coordination of project activities. * Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, PMLC and SDLC documentation. * Experience developing and distributing stakeholder communications. * Experience documenting complex and abstract information as it is being discussed. * Expertise with the following MS Office products: MS Project (creating work plans) and MS PowerPoint (developing or maintaining systems). * Expertise with MS Outlook. * Experience designing and creating process flow diagrams and other graphical diagrams using Microsoft Office Visio. * Experience with developing workflow and/or data management processes flow using modeling and mapping tools. * Strong multi-tasking skills involving the specific ability to work on multiple projects or project assignments. * Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail in all aspects of assignments. * Strong adherence to deadlines and excellent punctuality. * Ability to perform research under tight deadlines and prepare reports of findings tailored to the intended audience. Desired Skills: * Experience maintaining SharePoint website.
