Description : Consultant Titles: Certified Project Manager-3 It is in the midst of several projects that require resources to support their implementation: • Assist the Identity and Access Management team with managing a backlog of operational projects, technical debt, and cloud migrations. Projects include implementing conditional access policies, securing Active Directory, implementing Azure Active Directory Domain Services, Privileged Access Management, and Office 365 Group cleanup. • Active Directory Domain migration - Active Directory is the central authentication service for nearly all applications and data. This critical security service needs to be upgraded to achieve higher levels of series using fewer resources. The upgraded environment will require no dedicated physical servers, and less virtual servers than currently servicing Active Directory today. Improvements in policy management and data access are required to maintain current service levels, while driving additional hybrid cloud integrations and improvements. • Coordinate work packages with various vendors when necessary Because of the types of projects that this individual will be working on, it will be important that the person come with: • Experience working in an agile environment. • Working with agile project methodologies These initiatives require a candidate to operate independently, critically think and provide leadership, quality assurance, alignment to vision/mission and follow-through on solutions to completion. The ideal candidate can work effectively with demanding end-users, solicit key requirements (must-haves) and formulate feasible/cost-effective solutions to meet the needs. CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS This assignment minimally requires: 1. Education and experience with phase-based and agile approaches to project management 2. Collaboration, team building and communications/follow-through skills. Basic Qualifications (Must-Haves to be successful): • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle. • Ability to manage resources in a matrix environment. • Experience in managing Integrations and Application Development projects. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Well-developed skills with Visio, MS-Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Experienced working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery. • Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on complex tasks. • Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences.
