Must have 3 years experience in SDLC and Agile-like software development. Must have 3 years experience in software testing using Health Rule and associated functionality including Benefit Configuration, Enrollment, and Premium Billing. Must have intermediate to advanced skills using SQL or other Query tools Ability to develop complex and optimized SQL Queries Experience using HP Quality Center and ALM, or similar products, for test plan development and defect tracking is a plus. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodology. Strong proficiency with requirements gathering tools. Strong knowledge of project management tools and concepts. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions Ability to physically perform general office requirements and extend the working hours as and when required Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Must have good understanding of EDI transactions including 834, 837, 820, 835, 270/71, 276/77, 278 etc. Responsibilities: Understand current application ecosystem along with all inbound and outbound processes Work closely with HRP team and understand benefit configuration, provider contract and Claims business requirements Identify HRP functional and integration testing scope and develop test strategy/plan. Create functional scenarios and map them with HRP business requirements to ensure traceability Coordinate with all different transformation work streams and create test scenarios and identify test data Execution of test plans and recording of results Defect Reporting Collaboration with architecture, development and maintenance teams. Ensuring testing best practices are implemented. Leveraging QA Automation where possible Applies strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques to test and ensure the quality of the software. HRP Functional and Integration Test Scenarios/Test Case Creation End to End System Integration Test Scenarios/Test Case Execution Identify and create test data for test execution phase Coordinate and provide support during UAT phase Work in onshore and offshore mode and own the testing delivery Works with application development team and customer to ensure that all customer requirements / problems are met and resolved. Manage time effectively; communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers.
