HP Application Lifecycle Manager (ALM) – Must have a comprehensive understanding. Ability to manage work via Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with scheduled release code deployments. Day to Day Responsibilities/Extra info: In this role, you will be providing technical consultation and support in the development of computer applications and programs. You will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designs, and following the enterprise SDLC process in order to deliver quality solutions. You will be expected to participate in the full lifecycle of QA testing and produce all required testing artifacts in preparation for code releases. Desired Qualifications: Agile methodology JIRA Experience with automation tools (QTP ,Selenium, UFT OR Similar) Experience with test management tools (EX: TFS) Experience developing test cases/traceability matrix based on requirements Experience leading functional, integration, and regression testing efforts. Regression test script creation. Microsoft SQL skills (to develop queries for verifying test results) Additional Duties: * Creating, preparing and implementing systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. * Responsible for primary development of testing strategies. * Consulting with users, providing advice and direction. * Performs more complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications. * May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. * Creates test plans and scripts for own projects. May lead and review test plans written by others. * Performs test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation using ALM * Provides specific guidance on defects to developers.
