Documenting detailed business requirements via an iterative and collaborative review and verification process. • Providing technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. • Preparing technical specifications for system changes. Providing application and process SME support during unit testing, development, implementation and post-production. • Provide deliverable timelines, taking into account all factors, to ensure accuracy of estimates and on-time delivery • Ensuring SDLC compliance for full lifecycle of work effort and providing release management support to implementing teams. • May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. • Active participation on an agile scrum team supporting pre-planning, daily planning and analysis and design during sprints. For non-projects, identify and manage scope concerns, risks and issues and escalate to appropriate team members and management as needed. Create and process project change requests when required. Schedule and facilitate required systems analysis customer and technical interviews, status meetings and topic meetings. Develop and maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required by governing methodology and departmental processes. Provide regular status updates to sponsor and executive management team.
