This is a key project in our Integrated Operations Organization that tracks all of Pioneers grower and field activities for seed production. Project and Responsibilities: This individual will be working on a web/mobile based system that is being created to retire legacy applications. The individual will need to have the ability to communicate effectively, follow defined coding standards, and work in a fast-paced scrum/agile environment. Lead teams development planning and solutions at start of development cycle Help resolve any technical impediments for the team Ensure that projects are developed in accordance to architectural and UX standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure architectural standards are followed Coach and mentor the team during development cycle Limit choices available during development by: choosing a standard way of pursuing application development creating, defining, or choosing an application framework for the application Recognize potential reuse in the organization or in the application by: observing and understanding the broader system environment creating the component design having knowledge of other applications in the organization Ability to subdivide a complex application, during the design phase, into smaller, more manageable pieces Grasp the functions of each component within the application Understand the interactions and dependencies among components Experience using established engineering methodologies through all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Skills / Experience: Education and experience: Minimum 2 years of being an Architect Minimum 4 years of applied JavaScript experience Minimum 4 years of applied HTML and CSS experience Minimum 8 years of applied C# .Net experience Strong experience with relational databases and SQL Strong communications skills Document Management and eSign experience Competencies: AngularJS/Angular 2 JavaScript support libraries RESTful Web Services Source Code Repositories: TFS Experience with Agile / Scrum Methodologies Experience with large, complex relational databases and query optimization Background or interest in biology or agriculture Experience with iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS3 and other leading edge technologies useful but not required Est. # of work hours per week: 44 Desired Start Date: 06/04/2018 Estimated End Date: 12/31/2018 Notes : -Prefer Local candidates and MUST be able to do an ONSITE interview- -Prefer Ag background or someone who has worked previously at DuPont-   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
