The selected candidate will work under deadlines, must be capable of handling a large workload, and must be able to work independently with only general direction. The selected candidate must have business analysis or Project Management skills including knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in Microsoft Office Products, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SharePoint is preferred. Knowledge of DCBS or DMS policies or a Medicaid or Human Services policy background is preferred, but not required. Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Establishing release dates and SDLC timelines for systems managed by the Division Monitoring change requests as they move through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and following up with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Management as needed to ensure releases meet SDLC timelines. Keeping change request tracking up to date using tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Team Foundation Server (TFS) Conducting meetings to schedule items in releases and plan for releases. Preparing release reports and documentation for management. Taking and distributing detailed meeting minutes Required Qualifications: The candidate must have experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Microsoft Office products, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and SharePoint is preferred. 3-5+ years working in Information Systems Technology or a relevant field is preferred Experience managing or tracking projects is preferred Strong understanding of SDLC methodology. Ability to handle extreme workloads with general direction. Relationship management and facilitation skills. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient problem solving skills. Strong decision-making ability. Strong Organizational skills Strong Time Management skills Strong Team Management skills Must be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail oriented. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is essential.
