Job Description : Integration Lead Contract: 24 months Location: Des Moines, Iowa This position is for an Integration Lead on a complex homegrown platform. This role is unique in that it requires technical skills, systems analysis skills, and architectural understanding. This role is responsible for: Code integration across all environments (non-production and production), ensuring successful integration of code changes in order to allow developers and testers to efficiently progress through the SDLC Coordinating execution and resolution of 3* (validation), smoke testing, and critical blocker issues Governing the SVN merging and branching strategies Overseeing code builds and deploys and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during these processes This role will primarily engage with delivery management to ensure code is successfully deployed to each environment. In addition, this role will be responsible to work with individual application teams to ensure that all deployment processes are documented in preparation for automation. Must be self-motivated, a quick learner, collaborator, and a Kanban team player. Must be able to juggle researching and communicating around multiple critical issues at the same time. Responsible for timely communication to delivery management and all respective application development teams. Must be comfortable with quickly escalating environmental and integration related issues to leadership. Good verbal and written communication is a must. Required: A minimum of 7+ years of systems analysis and design, application development and implementation, and system architecture experience.
