Due Date: 2/24/2019 Need 2 References with resume (please send via email) Daily Tasks include: Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) Use IBM COBOL, JCL, CA-IDMS, CA-ADS to develop, monitor and maintain batch/online applications in an IBM z/OS environment. Prepare database scripts; creating/modifying Oracle tables, packages, stored procedures, indexes, constraints, triggers, etc. Maintain and support multiple batch-based data feeds/exchanges between Oracle and IDMS environments. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications. Coordinate service requests with various ITS personnel for releases and changes for the application. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Document technical requirements, solutions, etc. to facilitate Knowledge Transfer. Mandatory Qualifications: Expert: 84+ months experience in analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team; Maintenance (including production support) enhancement and development work; Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, database design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the the top of his/her field. 84 Months Demonstrated experience working in an IBM z/OS environment and supporting batch processing using JCL, IDCAMS, IEBGENR, IEFBR14, etc. Additional nice to have qualifications: 84 Months Demonstrated experience developing and/or maintaining IBM mainframe applications/batch processes written in COBOL. 84 Months Demonstrated experience developing and/or maintaining applications/programs/batch processes using CA-IDMS. 84 Months Demonstrated experience working on complex financial based applications for a large organization. 24 Months Demonstrated experience working with a patient health systems/Electronic Medical Record (EMR). 24 Months Demonstrated experience with Oracle: PL SQL coding things such as stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. 24 Months Demonstrated experience developing and/or maintaining server-based batch processes that promote data feeds/exchanges between Oracle and IDMS environments. 24 Months Demonstrated experiences working in an environment covered under HIPAA regulations.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
