Must have excellent relationship building, leadership and client management skills. Must have a deep understanding of project management tools and approaches to managing complex projects. The Project Manager will provide leadership and management of standard project practices following an established Project Management Methodology (PMM) and System Development Methodology (SDM). Required Skills: * Must have experience managing all aspects of the large-scale software development lifecycle (SDLC) including: requirements definition, design, development, testing, training, quality control and assurance, development methods/techniques, testing methods/techniques and implementation planning and execution. * Must have experience managing large-scale project using industry standard project management (PM) methods and tools * Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience. * Must have strong collaborative skills, service oriented, and strong interpersonal skill with various levels of business and technical staff. * Must have strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Must have experience managing multiple projects of varying size (Program Management). * Must have the ability to develop and manage a “big picture” vision of the interrelationships and constraints of multiple projects impacting the same resources, e.g., time, resources, money (Portfolio Management).
