This Lead Application Engineer will analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes and interfaces with other systems. S/he will also ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved by coordinating, coding, testing, implementation and documentation. The Lead Application Engineer must have extensive knowledge of our clients total computing environment, including all key IT functions, interdependencies and business impact of future IT plans. S/he must have prior lead experience selecting and implementing vendor-specific methodologies and prior consulting experience with structured methodologies. They must have extensive experience with developing and supporting distributed applications required, and analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems. The Lead Application Engineer will Write, edit, and debug new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output. They will analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers. S/He must have broad experience with multi-platform development tools and toolkits. Qualifications: Development Experience with languages like Java, Javascript, Angular, C#, or Python Demonstrable hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Experience with automation / config mgmt tools Full stack development and grasp of software engineering skills in modular design, data structures algorithms, and Unix systems development. Experience with SDLC and Agile Development tools (Git, Jenkins / Teamcity, Maven, JIRA, Confluence) Experience with LDAP is a plus 7-10 years of relevant work experience is required.
