The technical skills include the ability to design software or customize software for client use Agile SDLC Methodology. Must have at least 5 years of writing Manual test cases. Must have 3 years of writing detailed test plans. Must have 5 years of writing automated test scripts. Must have at least 3 years of leading and assigning tasks to junior testers. Must have 3 years of SQL. Must have use of Quick Test Pro (QTP) with VB scripting - 3 yrs and must have experience as a Liaison between Business Unit & QA and coordinating UAT test efforts. Has a strong fundamental understanding of business analysis techniques for eliciting, developing and managing business and functional requirements for small to large projects. Candidate should have excellent communication skills to lead customers through requirements gathering, creation of Use Cases for new and enhanced web application.
