Experience with writing TCC scripts and/or OBI reports is required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Identifies data extraction requirements from discussions with workday implementors and workday data gathering template. • In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Taleo recruiting application. • In-depth knowledge of writing TCC scripts and/or OBI reports. Knowledge of either PeopleSoft SQRs or SAP SuccessFactors and basic data manipulation in MS Excel will be a bonus. • Prepare technical design document for each extraction elements.
