Primary Responsibilities • Work with Clinical Drug Supply users & stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and business process flows. • Work with both IT and business partners to develop business requirements and process improvements. • Assist our business partners in developing and implementing procedures. • Provide weekly status updates on progress towards deliverables and milestones. • Contribute to the development of SDLC documents including user requirements, functional/design specification, test scripts and traceability matrix. • Manage the testing cycles including both System and User Acceptance testing cycles. • Manage across multiple business functions to gather required information and drive consensus where required. • Understand and remediate risks and escalate issues to leadership for engagement and resolution. • Responsive, conscientious individual who is flexible and able to plug into a dynamic and fast paced environment Notes : Core background: BA/Validation Analyst MUST: pharma background 60/40 technical/functional Pretty straight forward!
