Collect feedback from developers and solution architects to inform for the creation of the To-Be of our processes, technology, frameworks and architecture 3. Coordinate with other engineering, technical and architecture resources to create and/or gain approval of necessary data architecture, security architecture and infrastructure design elements 5. Provide solutions and a path for resolution of technical debt 6. Develop a plan to address the gap for each team and educate the teams on the to-be be state and acknowledgement of the current state 7. Create prototypes, models and conduct proof of concepts as appropriate 8. Gap Analysis between as-is and to-be for Data portfolios 9. Work with the teams on the to-be be state and develop a plan, epics and user stores to address the gap for each team 10. Guide the team on integrations, ETL, EDW, reporting development, code reviews, and troubleshooting major issues 11. Identify under-utilized capabilities in Talend or SSIS 12. Provide code-review comments and feedback to developers For the role of ETL Architect: 1. Create ETL design overviews to support user stories for integration 2. Develop feature-level data flow diagrams identifying source, staging, and destination for data 3. Develop story-level data flow diagrams and ETL design diagrams 4. Make recommendations on ETL utilities and components to use for story implementation 5. Make recommendations to reduce complexity of current processes 6. Make contributions to ETL job inventory to keep it up-to-date 7. Make contributions to system connections in barometer-IT 8. Develop ETL framework and standards for integrating with CRM applications 9. Provide code-review comments and feedback to developers 10. Document and confirm as-is state of ETL for each team in order to facilitate onboarding of new ETL Developers. 11.
