Track, report, and review test results for the products compliance to the design and functional specifications and associated metrics with management. Participate with designers, developers and other technical resources as active members of the project team throughout the development lifecycle to assist in scoping, offer insights on quality & system/application requirements, and to lead resolution of defects. Participate in functional and technical meetings, from the beginning of the project through the entire life cycle. Initiate, engage, and lead quality process improvements.
