Provide training and act as a mentor on methdology-based quality processes, plans, procedures, and policies 4. Lead software quality assurance and control activities as assigned by the QA Manager. 1. Proven experience with the implementation, execution, management, and administration of Quality Assurance/Quality Control best practices. Has developed and implemented Quality Gates or Quality Checkpoints as part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Other tasks include reviewing current policies, plans, processes, and procedures; making modifications to current policies, processes, and procedures as necessary; creating new policies, processes, and procedures; and managing the implementation and sustainment of processes, procedures, etc. 2. Comfortable and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and Microsoft Outlook 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Ability to multi-task 5. Ability to quickly understand assignment and customers 6. Perform assigned tasks with minimum to no supervision 7. Bachelors degree in IT required; Masters preferred; PMP desirable 8. Must have proven experience initiating and implementing quality assurance and quality control methodologies and practices in an IT project environment Software: 1.
