The Test Manager will be working with a team performing triage processes for defects in collaboration with the vendor. The Test Manager will be tracking execution and progress toward execution and defect management/resolution. The Test Manager will review test plans, scripts, cases, and scenarios for accuracy and quality. Required Skills: * Thorough end-to-end knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle) and STLC (software testing lifecycle) * Thorough knowledge of Defect life cycle * Create, manage & understand system test strategy, test approach and testing work plan * Ability to assess, raise and resolve testing risks and issues * Manage and direct creation and execution of system and integration test scripts * Oversee defect creation, tracking, prioritization and coordinate resolution with development team and functional leads * Ability to lead testing teams as well as an individual contributor * Strong analytical and problem solving & leadership skills * Ability to generate and analyze statistical data and reports * Ability to track progress of team * Have a deep understanding of Accessibility Testing and Browser-based Testing Desired Skills: * Strong understanding of software development principles * Advanced understanding of interpreting business requirements * Advanced knowledge on testing Methodologies * Thorough understanding of project management * Proficiency in window based & web based testing * Experience working in offsite –onsite paradigm * Experience in the Health and Human Services industry – specifically in areas of Integrated Eligibility * Experience interacting with clients & in a cross-team coordinated environment * Analyze results against functional design and expected results * Experience in managing Test Automation with leading industry automation tools such as QTP and Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) * Have a thorough understanding of performance load testing and knowledge of leading industry performance load test tools such as Load Runner * Deep experience with system / integration / user acceptance testing * Proficiency in at least one test case management and one defect management tool * Ability to assess team strengths and assign work to team members * Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
