C2C range is $45 - 47/hr. No layers. GCs or HI-Bs are fine. Position is onsite in Newark, DE; however, can accept candidate to work from HP locations in El Paso, TX, Plano, TX and Conway, Arkansas. DataStage ETL developer. Healthcare experience is preferred. Must have proven: 4 or more years of work experience as an ETL developer or an ETL architect with designing, developing, unit-testing, and documenting ETL projects in IBM Data Stage, and IBM InfoSphere suits Experience with data mapping, data extract, transformations, reusability, availability of ETL load and ETL reconciliation processes Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence projects, having delivered multiple solutions in these areas Experience with IBM InfoSphere Quality Stage and Data Quality concepts Experience implementing IBM InfoSphere CDD (Change Data Delivery) and CDC stages Experience with IBM InfoSphere Information Analyzer and metadata workbench Experience with windows scripting to process through DataStage objects Experience in implementing optimizing and debugging derived SQL statements Experience in implementing, optimizing, and debugging stored procedures Capable of working on multiple tasks in parallel o Experience with business processes and the automated workflow Thorough understanding of IT (SDLC) delivery methodologies Understanding of relational databases and data modeling/database design Experience with integration with enterprise applications Mentor peers with ETL skills and other necessary scripting, reviewing, and documenting Strong Oracle SQL coding and performance Tuning experience is required UNIX shell scripting experience is required Project Maintenance and Prod support experience is preferred Data warehousing skills (Kimballs methodology star schema preferably) is preferred Applies specialized knowledge to conceptualize, design, develop, unit-test, configure, and implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions) business and technical software solutions through application of appropriate standard software development life cycle methodologies and processes. Interacts with the Client and project roles (e.g., Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Engineer) as required, to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction. Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems. Applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters. Prepares system documentation. Conforms to security and quality standards. Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. Job Qualifications: * Typically a technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years related experience or a Masters degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience. * Knowledge of configuration and release management processes, preferably within HP EDGE framework. * Experience with at least one Software Configuration Management Tool, preferably StarTeam. * Demonstrated ability to coach others in best practices. * Five (5) years or more development experience with the following application developer tools is preferred: i.e., C, UNIX (HPUX, AIX, Linux, Solaris), PLSQL, and Oracle. * Solid understanding of the System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC). * Strong Oracle SQL Query Development Experience is required. * Experience in healthcare industry preferred. * Worked on Ver   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
