The ability to develop and report metrics associated with system performance and project execution progress, actively participate or lead local / global projects efforts as required by IT Management Technical lead with hands on experience of multi-site/server environment Must be able to take lead responsibility for support of a production application, including taking a root cause approach to problem solving Detail oriented with proven leadership, data gathering, analytical and problem solving skills Experience with project and SDLC methodologies Prior experience in managing complex organizational relationships Ability to work across multiple business units on complex initiatives and the capacity to build and motivate adhoc teams A passion for driving performance improvement and cost savings Strong communications capabilities to senior management, vendors and peers Desire to dig into detail but also to recognize the big picture Strong background in Windows, Unix, Linux environments and Mainframe zOS Experience with SQL 2008/2012/2014 Educated to degree level or equivalent Working knowledge of programming languages and scripting such as KSH, Bash, Python, .Net,Java, JSP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML High level expertise in the implementation, support and troubleshooting of production environments Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as Visio)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
