The role will function as a QM Functional Test Lead under the guidance of the CCSES BITS Project Director. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with CCSES modernization efforts. Lead testing activities, scope assignments, ensuring timely delivery in conjunction with State teams. May have to design, review, and approve test cases, scripts, and data with QM. Under CCSES Project Director and QM Management guidance, oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Maintain risks, issues, escalations, resolutions, mitigations in Jira or State define tracking tool. In conjunction with QM Management, develop standards, progress metrics and success criteria for stakeholders. Collaborate with vendor partners, state teams and associate partner agencies for activities related to this effort. Identify risks, propose mitigations, and continuously improve testing processes.
