Prepare detailed functional specifications that drive the design of data model and ETL solutions for data warehouse. This includes developing a broad understanding of the upstream and downstream systems and processes, including impact and gap analysis of current databases and reporting systems. It will perform data analysis using a variety of SQL tools to query major databases and provide technical assistance as subject matter expert in identifying, evaluating and developing data solutions that meet business requirements. Helps with data validation and testing approach, systems testing, and provides post production support to the data quality processes. Provide training, resolve questions, and give direction to less experienced staff.
