Must be a self starter with attention to detail. Printing, healthcare, and other business data experience is a plus. • Strong experience in software development, application development, and vendor solution integration. • Strong organizational, analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills. • Should have proven skills in deliverable/task estimation for effort (work) and duration. • Applicable experience using some programming languages that are designated company standards (current versions of Microsoft Software Development tools). • Good working knowledge of and experience working with a variety of PC products • RDBMS experience – SQL Server 2005+, data manipulation, transaction locking techniques, table definitions, and indexing. 5+ years experience in SQL Server 2005/2008, SQL Server Reporting Services & Analysis Services. • Knowledge in the development of web-based internet and client server applications (Image manipulation, XML, MS SQL Server, and MS .Net frame work - 3.0 and above). • 5+ years technical experiences in the following technologies: VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML, XSLT, CSS, Web Services. • Plus: Image manipulation (Photoshop, Group 1, and Adobe Indesign). • Plus: Printing solutions • Exercises good judgment – makes decisions based on knowledge, priority, and value. • Self-starter with the ability to grasp new concepts and technologies. • Copes well with aggressive schedules and timelines, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, and mature in nature. • Conducts studies related to proposed or existing systems to determine their feasibility. • Maintains the highest degree of personal and professional ethics. • Analyzes and designs business processes, and builds information system solutions with direction from leads and/or supervisors. • Interacts with the users of potential system(s) to design and document technical specifications, and gather requirements based on detailed business requirements and/or system change requests. • Under direction, develops software systems using software tools, utilities, languages, and standard methodologies approved by Management, Software Development, and the Quality Assurance team. • Analyzes and proposes alternative solutions to computer systems problems. • Recommends appropriate system design and programming solutions to management. • Strives to achieve the highest possible quality with the lowest possible cost to the company by using Quality Assurance guidelines for all development work. • Approaches priority projects with a sense of urgency and realization of the value of their work to the success of the company. • Works toward the timely achievement of measurable results.
