In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Work as a Scrum Master in a hybrid scrum/traditional SDLC environment - Knowledge and practice of traditional scrum ceremonies - Prioritize backlog items driven by date relationships, deadlines & regulatory requirements as opposed to business driven value added features - Lead by example and be a team player - Manage multiple medium to large-sized projects or a single highly complex project - Interactive extensively with senior leadership within the customer - Determine and coordinate the sharing of leveraged resources among projects - Define and implement project and program management standards and processes within NTT DATA and across client engagements - Identify opportunities and make recommendations for agile and project management process improvements The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in the healthcare insurance industry, generated through work with one or more of the following: - Major consulting firm with a healthcare insurance industry focus - Mid to large healthcare insurance company where you were responsible for the initiation, planning and execution of QAT strategies - Scrum Master Certification - Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques - Demonstrated advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the companys project management information system. - Advanced ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans. - Advanced ability to ensure that effective project controls are in place to monitor project or program performance. - Advanced capability at providing effective performance reporting for the customer and company in order to monitor the progress of the project. - Advanced facilitation and communication skills. - Familiarlty with system life cycle processes from ideation through delivery.
