Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator assists the oversight Project Manager with weekly meeting coordination as well as job duties listed below. Job Duties: • Coordinate all aspects of project coordination. • Collaborate with internal team members to collect project artifacts including estimations, project plans, communication all relevant project milestones and obstacles. • Ensure all project artifacts are collected and documented in MS Teams and/or Sharepoint. • Provides management reports to project manager on the various states that each project might be in the pipeline. • Works closely with Release team to ensure Release process, policies and procedures communication are followed and projects planned accordingly to be on the release calendar. • Assist the Project Manager in documenting meeting minutes and distributing them to appropriate team members. • Build a strong working relationship with Clemsons Medicaid IT Services (MITS) team   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
