Required Skills: * Working knowledge of full life cycle of software development. * Exposure to iterative software development environment (e.g. Agile Methodology) * As a Business Analyst on IT projects dealing with multiple, complex process areas and business groups. * Working knowledge of Office Professional Plus 2010 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). * Experience developing project plans, process flow diagrams, use case, current/future state diagrams, functional and technical requirements. * Understanding of basic business systems architectures (e.g. Client/Server, distributed, and E-Commerce). * Experienced in both the IT and Business side of solution delivery. * Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
