REQUIRED • At least six years of experience providing architectural and big picture oversight for development of new or enhanced software products. • Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of the software architecture across the system and providing day-to-day technical guidance to the development teams. • Experience with configured software; low code and no code software. • The ability to be a value-add resource by being proactive and applying analytical and critical thinking to work toward a successful outcome, not just following a list of steps. • Strong knowledge of SDLC best practices; strong ability to identify root cause; general knowledge of database best practices. • Troubleshooting pre-existing solutions with minimal existing documentation. • Creating and editing business processes and technical documentation. • Working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly. • Strong communication skills, including verbal (phone/video) and written (email). • Strong analytical, organizational, and task management skills. • Desire and ability to actively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviews.
