Description : Under the general supervision of the Content Solutions Team Supervisor, this position will provide leadership and direction for upgrades to the platforms and for the support of content for myDOC, doc.wi.gov and related content stored in OnBase. This position will also work with the Java EForms (JEF) development staff to plan and manage the delivery of JEF business solutions for the Department of Corrections (DOC). This includes systems and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation, and ongoing support. The individual will work closely with the functional business groups within DOC to ensure effectiveness of solutions deployed. The Consultant/Administrator -Project Manager shall comply with the Departments administrative rules and the agencys policies and procedures including those related to the Departments overall Reentry philosophy of using evidence-based strategies, practices and programs which target an offenders individual criminogenic needs and risk level. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1. Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle, Agile and Kanban. 2. Knowledge and experience defining the project charter, developing the schedule, identifying milestones, risks and handling issues. 3. Knowledge and experience of problem solving, systems analysis, project plan development and execution as well as test plan coordination and execution with business partners. 4. Certification or training using Project Management Institute processes and guidelines (or similar project management methodology). 5. Knowledge and experience of leadership skills, conflict management, coaching, mentoring and proper resource utilization. 6. Knowledge of agency IT standards and policies, architecture, application support service level agreements, change management process and ticketing systems. 7. Knowledge of effective verbal communication skills and writing techniques. 8. Knowledge of presentation skills and facilitating meetings. 9. Knowledge and experience of MS Project or MS Excel to track and manage projects. 10.
