The Sr. PM will be assisting the Program Managers around projects such as: Security Role building and redesign, security operations center, Splunk TCO and consolidation, building out the Security SDLC and/or assisting in security team dependencies, risk, issues on various security or SAP process and control projects The Sr. PM will be responsible for creating a charter and scope, determining success criteria and ensuring successful completing of assigned projects. The PM will be meeting and providing communications with Sr. leadership, all key stakeholders, detailing out timelines and the plan, and tracking risks/issues, dependencies and prepare status reports. This role is one that requires strong communication skills to every level of the organization, including C-level stakeholders. The PM will need to demonstrate that they can work multiple projects simultaneously and with proficiency and seamless disruption to deliverables. Teamwork, strong relationship management and collaboration skills are critical to this role The PM must be familiar with managing projects in Waterfall, Agile AND Hybrid methodologies. Some of the initiatives may be managed in an Agile or Hybrid method. The PM will assist in planning, Epic, Feature, and Story creation. The PM will help to prioritize, execute, and communicate key priorities and status. The PM should be comfortable in working in ambiguity and provide recommendations for organization and clarity in an environment that has several competing priorities An example of security projects the PM will be assisting with are as follows: o Lead the Statement Of Work (SOW) or Request for Bid (RFP) based on project that he/she is working on o Lead building / designing security roles for SAP Security o Assist in selecting project infrastructure and parting with vendor in building out security SDLC which will be leveraged by all of Technology Services o Splunk on-prem move to the Cloud o Partner with SAP engineers to evaluate the business and system process controls across the landscape of SAP Financial systems o Assist in various team projects that require dependency, risk and issue ownership Essential Functions • Effectively communicate to all levels of the organization including Director and VP level communications • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Leads, mentors, and manages project teams • Provide detailed project plan and roadmap for all levels of leadership • Create and publish Program Charters, Issues, Decision and Action Logs • Project contingency planning through risk identification, prioritization and mitigation plan • Manage Agile Kanban board with Agile Release Engineer, Product Owners and/or Scrum Master • A high level of independence to lead and influence others • Ability to drive projects from both a tactical and strategic perspective • Manage key metrics associated with Security Program • Provide Program summaries key stakeholders on a weekly basis • Manage vendor relationships; manage all onsite logistics • Manage key meetings, agenda, notes, decks • Provide status reporting on key program status to various stakeholders • Work with Project team to ensure activities are completed as scheduled • Support Project team as needed with budget creation, tracking and reporting • Manage and Support Project team in tracking key project metrics • Provide on boarding / off boarding support for new contractors or employees • Manage project SharePoint site for key project deliverables • Responsi   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
