Job Description Engineer: SEP, Firewall, GPO, Troubleshooting LAN System Engineering

Experience with Application White listing Bit9 working through the engineering issues (why blocking certain things, recognize why it is not working correctly). Understand at an Eng. Level, untangle dependencies.
Implement Net Access Control helping group.
Symantec end point projection (SEP) - Creating Fire wall rules on SEP. Modify SEP, optimizing to ensure proper infrastructure set up and for configuration.
Bitlocker to go - Going to implement as part of the Windows 7 project. Understand and qualify the Bus Requirements Bus. Analysis on the Engineering side.
Work with vendors to decide how to deploy products from an infrastructure and product perspective.
Person who can respond to incident response.
Forensic analysis skills Tier 3 (whole environment).
Strong Desktop OS Engineering background (Vista and Windows 7 exposure to both ideal). Experience with GPO, AD manipulation (OUs)
Networking issues - (server, client, how applications work over the network, protocols, routing, network segmentation etc.).
Suggest rules and identify when there is an issue.
Server background a strong plus.
Good background in Windows fundamentals (GPO and client (Win 7) and some serverbackground).
Encryption experience (used Encryption products i.e. Point sec or something similar).
Network knowledge LAN and troubleshooting wire shark and troubleshoot an application.
Bit 9 understand white listing how an applications work.
