Minimum Qualifications and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required • At least 3-5 years of proven work experience as an IT security event analysis engineer. • Experience with determining appropriate courses of actions in response to identified and analyzed anomalous network activity. • Ability to work in fast paced, rapidly changing environment and a strong desire to learn. • Experience in vulnerability Management on the Tenable Security Center and Nessus platforms • Detailed technical knowledge of database, application, and infrastructure security. • Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, SIEM, content filtering, etc. • Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • BS degree in Computer Science or related field. • One of industry professional certification is preferred.
