This role must be able to understand complex technical topics which require focus to detail, and the ability to make informed risk adverse decisions in a triage setting. The individual must have the ability to communicate clearly under pressure and work logically through multiple simultaneous projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish, operate and maintain a centralized strategy and operations function to respond to information security incidents Establish, operate and maintain a centralized reporting and communications strategy which provides the organization with an understanding of past and current incident handling performance as well as trends in the environment Development and testing of an enterprise wide incident response strategy and testing plan Support the management, maintenance, and improvement of the organizations computer incident response capability Provide management and coordination for incident response and remediation Coordinate and lead security incident response during all phases of the incident response process from discovery to remediation Provide Communication regarding status of incident response, resolution final root cause analysis to the organization Conduct detailed forensic analysis on potentially compromised information Work collaboratively with the security team to develop complex solutions related to incident detection and response EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Minimum of 2 years establishing, operating and maintaining incident response programs for environments that contain highly sensitive data Minimum of 2 years working with SIEM, IDS, and other centralized incident response tools in an enterprise wide environment Basic understanding of relevant regulatory requirement for State healthcare environments which have SSA, IRS, PHI and FTI information Thorough understanding and experience in network and host-based detection and/or forensic analysis EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Information systems auditing, or other Information Systems related field Technical industry certification such as GIAC, CISSP, CISM or other vendor agnostic security certification Location Category Customer Site Overwrite payment terms N/A CATW Yes Pre-Identified Candidate Name (No Value) Pre-Identified Candidate Supplier (No Value) Dress Code Business Casual Work On Site Required Yes Client Interface Required Yes Overtime Required Yes Ship to address 310 great circle road Ship to city nashville Ship to state/province (enter N/A if not applicable) N/A Ship to country US Ship to postal code (enter N/A if not applicable) n/a Dual Assignment No CW Policy Exception Number Required if Dual Assignment is "Yes"   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
