The position will be responsible for reviewing business requirements and detailed technical design specifications to ensure best practices in design and engineering are being deployed. The Senior Engineer will act as team lead for a team of 2 engineers and direct the work effort ensuring best engineering practices and SDLC methodology are being followed. When needed, the position will rotate support and act as SME for the platform to manage and resolve incidents and outages. Roles : Review complex businessrequirements and develop technical designs to implement call centers on Genesys 8. Administer, manage and maintain Genesys 8 components include SIP, Infomart, Stream Manager and IPCS. Manage the Genesys integration with Cisco CM 8.5. Required Skills : Experience developing solutions using SIP, Genesys 8 and Infomart. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced changing environment. Ability to rotate support 7 by 24 by 365. Abilitity to direct a Jr. Engineering team to ensure best practices are being followed. Genesys and Cisco Certification are desired.
