Required Technical and Work Experience 2+ years hands on experience planning, designing, and implementing Microsofts Lync (server and client) 2010/2013 and all applicable integration points within a supported infrastructure. This includes O365 hybrid cloud implementations. Experience designing and implementing complex, multisite voice deployments Expertise with communications protocols such as H323 / SIP / MGCP / SCCP Strong verbal and written communication skills Desired Technical and Work Experience Expertise with related vendor technologies Expertise integrating Microsoft Lync solutions with other vendor products including Avaya and Cisco. Consulting experience is highly desirable.
