This team provides Tier 2 & 3 level support for most connectivity related issues (break/fix) on the clients LAN, WAN, Voice and A/V across the Enterprise. Role Description: Work daily Incident escalations for Voice Support (ServiceNow), troubleshooting voice infrastructure, IP carrier, AV conferencing and end user issues. May require onsite troubleshooting at end user workstations or conference rooms to resolve issues. Participation in weekly on-call rotation and escalations. Participate in daily team meetings/huddles and cross-tower collaboration Required Skills: Advanced Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot an IP telephony environment** and the underlying network infrastructure to identify and resolve problems in an IP telephony solution. **CallManager, IP phones, gateways, analog devices, call routing, applications (contact center, voicemail), network infrastructure (L1-L3). Experience with routing, QOS and the ability to troubleshoot complex IP telephony problems (voice quality issues) using diagnostic tools such as network analyzers Working knowledge of SIP on an enterprise level. Includes knowledge of basic SIP call flow, experience with SIP traces, reading and understanding SIP captures and knowledge of SIP protocol and flows within the SIP environment. Enterprise background with video conferencing (Microsoft, Cisco, Polycom). Scriptwriting skills to automate monitoring and management tasks. Strong verbal communication and written documentation.
