Works with the client to evaluate the various SIS processes and consult on the optimal solutions to be implemented. Recognizes business processes that can be improved through technology and or business recommend/build solutions. Creates business requirement documents to ensure technical specifications can be developed. Documents specification, user manuals, procedures and other relevant information. Develops strong working relationships with key customer contacts, serving as their main point of contact for product knowledge and implementation efforts. Provides subject matter expertise within industry, product, and process specialty areas. Cost-justifies potential solutions and develops implementation plans accordingly. Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and business requirements. Must be detail oriented, quality driven and have demonstrated problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Requirements: 5-7 years Functional Banner SIS experience. Banner 9.x experience (preferred). 5-7 years Technical Banner SIS experience. Banner 9.x experience (preferred). Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and business requirements. Must be detail oriented, quality driven and have demonstrated problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills At least 5-7 years of IT architecture, systems engineering, and design experience At least 5-7 years of experience developing solutions and estimating the costs of the solution, defining the Work Breakdown Structure, integrated master schedule, and able to produce Basis of Estimates At least 5-7 years of experience in client relationships, leading mixed discipline and organization teams, and achieving the goals and objectives for the project within cost and time constraints. At least 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems and customizations, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment At least 5-7 years of experience in system design and development processes, methods, and tools Knowledgeable software development experience JAVA, HTML5, Groovy Grails, JavaScript, and UNIX. Well versed in Object Oriented Design and Principles. Proficient with Oracle PL/SQL and relational database concepts.
