The role encompasses performing detailed project planning, management reporting, resourcing planning and prioritizations across multiple development/business groups. The individual must be able to work in a dynamic and fast passed environment. Responsibilities: • Builds and maintains strong relationship with Leads/Stakeholders in the business to ensure alignment with client needs, business requirements and project management resources. • Lead consolidated stakeholder meetings, providing program updates, risks, issues and remediations. • Establishes the governance (decision making) structure for the program/project and manage/escalate issues and risks to the appropriate management levels. • Responsible for Service Delivery including SLA adherence and issues/incidents. • Reviews performance against SLAs / KPIs and directs appropriate interventions to address and meet changing client needs and business priorities. • Manages the Equities reference data project plan / book of work and mitigates any risk and issues as they are identified. • Continue to foster relationship with the enterprise data management team continuing to enhance the engagement model between the enterprise and LOB-aligned data team. Continue to build out proactive data quality checks to ensure data is accurate and timely. • Ensure solution delivery model adhering to the Equities Strategic Architecture. • Partner with enterprise reference data teams for delivering best of breed solutions. • Work with 100 + consumers to gather requirements, influence and plan for data adoption/migration to the reference data platform • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills; excellent consumer relationship management skill with service-oriented mindset • Ability to work across multiple global business groups and domains. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to create and maintain multiyear Project Plans & resource in MS Project based on Book of Work • Ability to plan for monthly release cycles and create 3 to 6 months rolling release plans • Ability to create Implementation/Deployment Plan for the monthly release cycles • Ability to clearly identify and communicate program updates, project status, issues and risks • Ability to lead stakeholder meetings and consumer forums • Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills • Advanced knowledge in MS Office products - Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint & Visio, etc. • Experience with issue management and tracking systems like Jira, Remedy, Clarity etc • Experience with either Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC Education: • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Project Management and/or Computer Science (or equivalent certifications and relevant work experience)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
