By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for client and for the people who work here. - Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) - Primary Application Support Lead at onsite for Oracle R12 Finance (AP, AR, GL, CM, SLA, iExpense, etc.) and Purchasing (PO) functions - Provide ITIL driven support and maintenance work for Oracle Finance and Purchasing modules - Responsible to analyze and solve user issues and requests within the agreed SLAs - Work with offshore team to manage assigned tickets in Finance and purchasing functions and to ensure that all tickets are resolved as per agreed SLAs - Continuous improvement ideas to reduce the no of tickets - Recommend process optimizations to business folks - Identify, create and execute set of actions to reduce production support ticket volume in finance and purchasing functions - Primary contact point for client business users, process owner, business analyst during US work hours - Periodically review training issues, user satisfaction with client business analyst and process owners Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) - Minimum 3+ years of experience across Oracle Finance and Purchasing modules - Minimum 3+ years of ITIL based support experience Nice to Have; (But not a must) - ITIL Certified   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
