The candidate will be responsible for the management of the current solution with an eye toward future capabilities. He / she will partner with application teams leveraging the Web SSO solutions and will be aligned with the broader Web Access Solutions teams to ensure delivery within a common framework. Responsibilities: * Act as a subject matter expert for Web SSO * Partner with internal and external application teams to design and deploy Web SSO solutions * Manages resources, schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of project deadlines * Coordinate formal transition to operations (TTO) for all released solutions * Act as an operational escalation point for the Web SSO solutions when needed; Manage resources during incidents / outages impacting applications ensuring process adherence, root cause analysis, and resolution within agreed to SLAs * Drive standardization & simplification to reduce integration cycle time and cost * Assure conformance to IT compliance methods, standards & practices & promote their creation. Document adherence to standards, policies, & compliance requirements * Assist project leaders in the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of new system integrations or new enhancements to existing Web SSO processes * Develop multi-generation project plans and roadmaps within the program space * Stay up-to-date on trends, rapidly changing technology & best practices, and upcoming product features to create & execute upgrade, migration and product replacement plans * Drive change and lead business adoption for standardized Web SSO solutions Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or other technical field (or minimum 5 years of experience in broader IT field such as identity management, application development, infrastructure management, or related fields in addition to experience in Security technologies) * Minimum 8 years of IT experience, preferably in Enterprise-wide deployments Desired Skills: * Medical or hospital experience. * Impravada experience. * Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities * Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources * Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint * Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
