Resource will perform business configurations within the eGail EMail tool to meet requirements for prioritized group mailboxes within SF Operations. Minimum four (4) years of Systems Analysis and Requirements Development for rules based applications. Minimum four (4) years of current and hands-on experience with eGain EMail Management Solution as a business administrator/configuration analyst. Experience must include the following: Creating customized workflows to include email routing, tracking, message recognition, SLAs, and escalations Creating customized business rules for workload management of inbound emails, web form inquiries, and faxes Creating custom user roles and managing user access to the tool Configuring intelligent parsing of email content and implementing auto responses Configuring Reporting/Analytics/Dashboards for operational performance management Ability to translate Business Requirements into System Process Flows. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in root cause analysis, and ability to solve problems.
